What do our warranties cover?
30 Days Warranty
Customers may return any computer, component, or part purchased from oneClickservers.com that is DOA (“dead on arrival”), arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened packaging, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
OneClickservers.com reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" and open box returns and impose a customer fee equal to up to 35 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the returned product.
Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
OneClickservers.com will not accept returns more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.
Additionally, in case of defects in the material, we will first try to replace the merchandise. If we are unable to replace the merchandise, we will refund provides all other conditions have been met.
Shipping charge and tax, if any, are not refundable. OneClickservers.com reserves the right to decide whether it will replace the product or refund the amount.
Extended Warranty
Extended warranty, if purchased, starts after the original warranty (30 days) and ends 1 year from the purchase date indicated on the invoice.
In case of defects in the material oneClickservers.com will provide only 1 time replacement. We reserve the right to request defective parts and components to be shipped back to us for testing. If we are unable to replace the merchandise, we will refund prorated sale price of the merchandise.
Warranty charge, Shipping charge and tax, if any, are not refundable. OneClickservers.com reserves the right to decide whether it will replace the product or refund the amount.
What Does Our Warranty Not Cover?
Our warranties do not cover any problem that is caused by
- accident; abuse; neglect; shock; electrostatic discharge; heat or humidity beyond product specifications; improper installation; operation; maintenance or modification
- any misuse contrary to the instructions in the user manual
- lost passwords
- malfunctions caused by other equipment
Our limited warranties are void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover).
Our warranties do not cover data loss or damage to other equipment.
Also, consequential damages; incidental damages; and costs related to data recovery, removal and installation are not recoverable under our warranties
What Do You Have To Do?
In case of defects in the material, please call or email us and ask for RMA number and return address. OneClickservers.com will not provide any warranty coverage unless you follow proper return procedure.
Limitation of Liability
Oneclickservers.com does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data or software, or the provision of services and support.
Oneclickservers.com will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein.
Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services bundled with the products, oneclickservers.com is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products or services under this agreement.
