Payment
Payment for the products will be made by any payment method allowed by law.
Our Credit Card Policy requires all shipments to be sent only to the account holder's home or Business address
For security we cannot redirect packages to a person other than the card holder. In certain cases, oneClickservers.com will consider shipping to an alternate address upon our discretion.
We also may require that you:
- Fill out the Card Authorization form
- Include a copy of your Driver License/State Issued Photo ID
- Copy of the Credit Card (both sides)
- Card holder must sign in the authorization form on the line indicated
In addition, oneClickservers.com reserves the right to reject any order
Any fraud payment attempt is usually notified to the concerned law enforcement agencies
Late Fee Policy
A Late Fee of 1.5% (or Highest Rate Permitted by Law, if less) per month will be assessed on the Total Balance Due when more than 30 days past due.
PayPal/Credit card fees are non refundable for canceled orders after payment has been made.
Should Oneclickservers.com decide upon non payment of terms offered or later that a collection agency is required for payment any and all collection fees would be due in addition to any late fees.
Products
OneClickservers.com continually upgrades and revises its products and prices.
OneClickservers.com may revise and discontinue products or change prices at any time without prior notice to customers.
All software is provided subject to the license agreement that is part of the package. Customer agrees that it will be bound by the license agreement once the package is opened or its seal is broken
All Licenses, Digital Goods, Services or non Physical Goods Such as Service Contracts or Agreements are not returnable.

International Orders
Any and all products offered on this website are Not for Sale and Not to be Sold and Re-Sold to any locations or persons currently trade restricted, embargoed, or sanctioned by The United States Government.
International orders will be shipped via carrier of our choice unless prior arrangements are made. Any and all customs and brokerage fees as well as duties, VAT, GST etc are to be paid by the customer/recipient unless prior arrangements are made.
