OneClickServers.com is based in Albany, NY. However, that does not mean that all products will be shipped from Albany, NY. We have business partners in several states

 

Ground shipping orders may take up to 24-48 to process. But we try to process all ground orders same day

 

All Shipments are Based on Business day Travel not including Saturday or Sunday (with the exception of Saturday Delivery)

 

If you place an order before 3 PM ET, it is most likely that the product will be shipped the same day. We pay special attention to Overnight Orders

 

Orders placed during the weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day

 

Please note there will be a fee to re-ship ground orders that are undeliverable. Additional charges may apply for upgrading the shipment type other than ground services. Customers requesting upgrades on shipment from ground to expedited services must contact customer service

 

Sales Tax applies to any jurisdiction where required by law unless customer provides oneClickservers.com with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to oneClickservers.com acceptance of the order

 

Shipping and billing address must be the same, if not, please call your credit card company to have the new (different) shipping address approved

 

The best way to ensure that your order is received is to call. We welcome your inquiry into the status of your order. If your order is especially time sensitive call us and we will work on it right away. This allows us the best opportunity to get your order out right away. We understand emergencies and we will work to accommodate you

Shipping Definitions

  • Saturday Delivery - Means Sometime Saturday
  • Next Day AM Service - Means Sometime the Next Business Day before noon
  • Next Day Service - Means Sometime the Next Business Day
  • 2 Day Service - Means within 2 Business Days that start on the next day after carrier pickup
  • 3 Day Service - Means within 3 Business Days that start on the next day after carrier pickup
  • Ground in Continental USA - Times Vary 1 to 7 Business Days for you to receive the product, depending on the shipping address and where we ship from

 

We are not responsible for weather challenges and weather events experienced by our carriers. We cannot guarantee exact shipping times regardless of Carrier Claims. If the carrier is late through no fault of our own no credit for shipping will be issued
